Wonderful experience today at Laderach. Warm greetings, great communication from staff and tastings. A review though id rather focus is on the customer service we experienced today! Jenni went above and beyond with explaining varieties and answering questions. Her customer service is a reason we will be coming back! Grabbed a slice of their white chocolate and almond. Fantastic!

Absolutely loved this place! The chocolate quality is exceptional — rich, smooth, and clearly premium Swiss craftsmanship. The variety is impressive, from classic flavors to unique combinations, and everything looked beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed being able to sample before choosing. The store itself is clean and well-designed, making the whole experience feel elevated. It is on the pricier side, but definitely worth it for the quality you get. Perfect spot if you’re a chocolate lover or looking for a nice gift.

Cannot say enough good things about Jose at Läderach! He patiently helped my girlfriend and me sample every flavor in the case and shared the story behind each chocolate with real expertise. His friendliness and patience turned a simple stop into a memorable experience. Service like this is rare — thank you, Jose!

I visited Läderach Chocolate in Westfield Valley Fair Santa Clara last Sunday and had a great time. This is easily some of the best-quality Swiss chocolate I’ve found in the Bay Area. I really appreciated how generous they were with samples, you can explore different flavors before deciding what to buy. I tried the hazelnut chocolate and loved it. They also had a wide variety to choose from, like Dubai chocolate, truffle milk, truffle caramel, and some nicely packaged gift sets with mixed flavors. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. The quality really just... the best, and you can tell it’s premium chocolate. You honestly can’t go wrong here, whether to buy for yourself or choosing gift (and chocolate makes the best gifts). It’s definitely a spot I’d come back to when I want to buy gifts for my family!

Love love love their decadent chocolate. I have been trying to get my hands on the Dubai chocolate for a year now: I popped in this weekend not expecting them to have it but surprisingly they weren’t sold out of it yet! I bought $6 worth to try. The milk chocolate outside was good. The pistachios filling was nice and crunchy and not too sweet. Good balance. The best I have tried. I also sampled their milk hazelnut which was yum. The dark chocolate berry was even better!
